Mastering priorities with the Kano Model

I was on a road trip this week and listened to podcasts while driving. There are a couple I wanted to share:

On the Coaching for Leaders podcast episode, "How to Use AI to Think Better", Dave Stachowiak interviews Josรฉ Antonio Bowen. I liked their advice and insight involving our use of AI. I already use it and am inspired to use it more. They give advice about how to experiment with prompts and use AI results today.

One of their nuggets of advice: Don't let the worry about data behind the AI stop you from using it today. Practice using AI now to reduce your learning curve for the future.

Another nugget: Think of AI as having access to 1,000 naive interns. ๐Ÿ˜

For product design, I like their ideas about using AI to help decipher qualitative data.

On the Rethinking podcast episode, "The art of failure with David Duchovny", Adam Grant interviews the famous actor. David has a message to share about failure and is using multiple ways to communicate it. There are some moments where David challenged my thinking about failure.
